(October, 2006) – H. Pearce Company Realtors held the Grand Opening Celebration
of their Orange Regional Office on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 from 4 to 7 pm.

Located at 3 Old Tavern Road in the Firelite Shopping Center, the new office is being managed by former Orange First Selectman Mitch Goldblatt. The office opened in early July and the company invited the public to the grand opening celebration to see the remarkable transformation that the building has gone through and meet the agents ready to service the real estate needs of Orange residents.

Founded by Herbert H. Pearce in 1958, H. Pearce Company Realtors is an independently owned and operated company. Herb’s daughter, Barbara L. Pearce, is the President and CEO of the company. “It is our goal to grow large enough to provide uncompromising service, while remaining small enough to maintain personal relationships with our clients”, she said.

The grand opening celebration was attended by approximately 200 people and everyone enjoyed the evening filled with conversation, food, drink and festivities.

The food was catered by Timothy's Gourmet, drinks were served by Orange Wine and Liquor Outlet, staffing was provided by Simply Serving, LLC, the cake was from Julia's Bakery, music was provided by Michael Hirth and the mums came from Sunflower Farm…all Orange businesses.

The grand opening ribbon was cut by Orange Selectman Joseph Blake, along with Mitch Goldblatt, Barbara Pearce, Herb Pearce and the Orange agents looking on.

The Orange office is H. Pearce Company Realtors’ seventh residential office, all located in the greater New Haven area.
